We got a new Jeep Liberty for when
we have a chance to four wheel drive we can do so now. Our Sable was
getting old at 137,000 miles and it was never made for towing. |
Jeep's are about the easiest
vehicle to tow four wheels on the ground. A lot of vehicles you have
to modify or remove electric fuses to tow it. |
The Liberty also stayed under the
weight values of towing. At 4,100 lbs. we can still have our
bikes on the back and stay under the 5,000 lbs our tow bar allows.
Also it is shorter and not so long in the rear. |

It came with a lot of options.
Sunroof, CD/Tape player with steering wheel controls, Cruise Control,
Full time and Part time Select Trac 4 wheel drive |
Also it even has heated leather
front seats. Dale will enjoy that in the winter. |
The rear seats also have headrest.
We are going on the 19th to have it hooked up to tow behind our
Motorhome. I like the unique design of it. Not a lot of them on the
road since they came out last year. |
